• There are different types of energy healing courses. In addition to teaching all the same basics about chakras, energy, energy bodies, protection, grounding, healing techniques, etc., our program also offers the opportunity to receive complementary and powerful energy activations (or attunements) to healing energies - including those to Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. These provide access to specific healing energies (channelling them through your energy channels / out of your hands), which are generally associated with stronger effects and deeper sensations during treatments and meditations.

Lineage of Reiki.

Reiki, pronounced "Ray Key", corresponds to both a specific vibrational range linked to the energy of the Earth element. Reiki is mostly centred on the etheric and the physical bodies. Rei means "universal"; Ki means "energy". So, like all healing energies, Reiki is a "spiritually guided energy".
